Freedom Bible
Challenge:
Provide supporting materials for an event organized by American Bible Society and The Salvation Army to commemorate the ten-year anniversary of 9/11. Clients requested a Bible, t-shirts and Scripture portions along with other materials.
Solution:
What imagery communicates freedom? An image of a dandelion fused with doves created a striking symbol that was quickly identifiable.
My coworker, TJ Walsh had the idea to extract the dove graphic to function as a sticker for a guerilla marketing campaign. During the commemoration, doves were made into stickers for people to write thoughts and prayers and post onto the exterior of ABS’ headquarters.
